Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; water / sewer project; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.

Work will include the construction of a bridge over the intracoastal waterway, retaining walls, plaza area, elevators, roadway improvements, drainage improvements, and utility relocations. Erosion control and temporary traffic control will be included in this project. Qualified contractors are invited to Bid. This contract is for the purpose of providing all materials and labor to complete the project in conformance with the Specifications.
