Renovation of a water / sewer project in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Water Services Center Unisex Restroom & Locker Room. This project will take place at the Water Services Center, 100 Pine Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17103. Question Deadline 11/08/2024 at 12:00 PM ET All questions and/or inquiries regarding the bidding documents shall be submitted online. Telephone and E-mail Inquires Will Not Be Accepted. Deadline to submit Questions Online Portal. While Bidders may make comments to clarify their bid, Bidders cannot change, modify, delete or make additions to the text of any of the Bidding Documents including, but not limited to, the Agreement. Unauthorized conditions, exceptions, limitations, or provisions attached to a bid may be cause for rejection of the bid. Alterations by erasure or interlineation must be explained or noted in the bid over the signature of the Bidder. Capital Region Water intends to award the contract to the overall lowest responsible bidder as determined by Capital Region Water's Board of Directors in the best interest of Capital Region Water. Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds are required for this bid in accordance with the contract documents. Bid Bonds are not required. An anti-collusion affidavit is required for this Bid. Capital Region Water reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in a bid or the bid procedure; and to accept any Bid, in whole or in part, which it may deem to be for or in the best interest of Capital Region Water.
