Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Berwyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The project consists of the renovation of an existing commercial space for demised use as both a Senior Activity Center and Offices for the City of Berwyn. A future phase will also be demised as outlined in the contract drawings. Anticipated trades include but is not limited to selective demolition, concrete infill, metal studs, doors and frames, carpentry, millwork, operable partition, storefront entrances, louvers and vents, drywall, painting, tile, acoustical ceiling, sprinkler system adjustment, plumbing, mechanical systems, electrical systems, low voltage, toilet compartments and accessories, overhead doors, access hatches and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. LOCATION: 3302 Grove Ave, Berwyn, IL, 60402 The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals as provided in the Project Manual. The following forms must be returned by the bidder to the Awarding Authority: - Refer to Project Manual Section "00 43 93 - 1 BID SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST" The Contractor will be subject to the Terms and Conditions as outlined in the Project Manual: - Refer to Project Manual Section "11 13 - 2 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS"
