Elevator Inspections and Maintenance Services for 2025-2026 The maintenance of all elevator equipment is the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor is to provide all labor, tests, material, parts, travel time, parking fees, and permit fees, etc., necessary to fulfill the contractual obligations of this maintenance agreement for all of the elevators listed. The maintenance services must conform to and be in compliance with all City, State, O.S.H.A. and all other applicable codes. The elevators covered by this maintenance agreement are subject to periodic review and audits for compliance. Completion of audit deficiencies must be corrected by the contractor within 30 days of receiving the audit report. Audits may include the use of a ride quality analysis tool. THE OWNER'S RIGHT TO INSPECT AND REQUIRE WORK: The Owner reserves the right to make such inspections and tests as and when it deems necessary to ascertain that the requirements of this agreement are being fulfilled. Deficiencies noted shall be expeditiously corrected at the Contractor's expense.
