Site work for a water / sewer project in Hastings, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Cleaning, Repairing, & Painting the 1,000,000-Gallon Elevated Reservoir; Industrial Park Tower. Site Directions: 2500 Enterprise Avenue, Hastings, MN 55033 The project includes the following work on the 1,000,000-gallon hydropillar reservoir constructed by PDM in 1997. 1. Cleaning, sandblasting, and painting the entire interior wet, interior dry, and exterior surfaces. Full containment is mandatory. 2. As Alternate #1, consideration will be given to blasting and painting only the sweating areas of the interior dry area instead of the full dry area incorporated in the Base Bid. 2. Structure modifications and surface repairs. Tower out-of-service schedule to start on July 17, 2025 and end by October 18, 2025. The approximate dimensions are as follows; tank diameter of 74-feet, high-water level 161-feet, low-water level of 120-feet, and overall height of 177-feet.
