Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Twin Valley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Project Designation: Bridge Replacement, Grading. Project Completion Date: All work required under this Contract shall be completed prior to October 3rd ,2025, unless modified by the Engineer with a written Contract Extension. Project Location: 2.3 Miles west of the Intersection of CSAH 32 and CR 101. Major Project Quantities include: --remove existing bridge --appx. 150 CU YD Structural Concrete --appx. 3,245 SQ FT Bridge Slab Concrete --appx. 285 CU YD Common Embankment --appx. 132 CU YD Aggregate Surfacing --appx. 593 CU YD Select Granular. Bidder's Bond: Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond made payable to the Treasurer of Koochiching County in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid. The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interests of Koochiching County.
