Dakota County Thompson Park Movable Divider Wall Replacement General A. Remove (Demo) existing operable wall, and track and remove from building into installers (contractor) provided dumpster. B. Install new thirty-five (35) foot two (2) inch by nine (9) foot acoustical, manually operable, movable, single panel (partitions), vinyl finished wall system beige in color. Installation to include bottom seals, heavy duty steel track system, with expandable closure. One panel is to include one matching pass door. C. All products installed must follow manufactures installation requirements. D. System manufacturer, product quoted, and warranty information to be provided on quote form. E. Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, and materials and perform all operations in connection with the execution of work as stated and is responsible for the removal of all demoed items, and waste associated with this project. Quoted price shall include all the labor, materials, truck charges, shop time, equipment and all the required inspection fees needed for this work. All scheduling of this work must be approved by Adam Winn prior to any work being started. The contractor is responsible for ensuring the jobsite is cleaned, orderly and safe during the project.
