Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in West Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Work will consist of demolition of existing desiccant based cooling units (DBCs) and energy recovery units (ERUs). New roof mounted DOAS equipment will be mounted on the roof. Project also consists of new exhaust fans to support various restrooms throughout the building which will involved gypsum board ceiling removal and replacement. Structural components will be added for the support of the new DOAS units, plumbing and electrical components for support of new mechanical equipment. START DATE: Work may begin after receipt of the signed contract from the Owner. Pre-construction and submittals work related to the project is to commence immediately after receipt of the signed contract. The work onsite is anticipated to begin June 9, 2025. SUBSTANTIAL AND COMPLETION DATE: Owner requires work to be substantially complete on August 15, 2025 or before milestone dates as listed in Summary of Work, Section 01 01 00. Bids shall reflect all costs necessary to meet this schedule requirement. Work is scheduled for final completion by September 12, 2025.
