Jeff Road and McKee Road Roundabout The Bid Form must be accompanied by a cashier's check, drawn on an Alabama bank, or a Bid Bond, executed by a surety company duly authorized and qualified to make such bonds in the State of Alabama, payable to Madison County. The scope of work includes clearing and grubbing, planing and micro-milling existing pavement, earthwork, excavation, compaction, grading, installation of roadway pipes, inlets, pipe end treatments and curb and gutter, concrete and asphalt paving, striping, signage, erosion control, landscaping, and traffic management. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and services needed to complete the work in compliance with the specifications and Construction Plans.
