Project Duration 12 months plus option to renew for 4 additional 1-yr periods Question Deadline 10/31/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Any questions concerning this bid request must be submitted in writing through the City of Santa Ana's (City) electronic bid management system at Online Q&A Yes Questions must be submitted individually and not in a paragraph format nor combined in a single submission. All posted questions will be answered in writing and conveyed via written addenda to all Proposers via posting online. Scope of Services The City is soliciting competitive bids from qualified bidders to furnish and deliver asphalt concrete materials on an as-needed basis per ATTACHMENT A. The initial contract shall be for a one (1) year period with provisions for four (4) additional one-year renewal options. All pricing shall remain firm for the initial contract period.
