The furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary for Work of Health Sciences Building (HSB) Storm Drain Improvements Project at Santa College, 1530 West 17th Street, Santa Ana, California 92706. Contract Time. The Contract Time is 100 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed to Final Completion. Bid Security. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security in an amount equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal. Labor & Materials Payment Bond; Performance Bond.
