Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Design plans call for the construction of a stadium; multi-residential development; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; retail development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of May 11, 2026, an architect has been selected. A timeline for construction has not been established. The Town of New Milford (Town) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants (Consultant) with a multi-disciplinary background to prepare designs and plans (including specifications, list of required permits, review of and recommendations of changes to zoning regulations, schedule and cost estimates) for the Riverfront Revitalization area that will guide development of public and private land over the next decade and beyond. Question Submission Deadline:November 14, 2024, 8:00am All questions related to this Proposal shall be submitted in writing through the OpenGov Procurement Question/Answer Tab via the Town's e-Procurement portal. Contract Awarded by Town:December 23, 2024 Based upon the outcome of this process, The Town will award a one (1) year contract with the option to extend, as necessary, to complete the project.
