The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Solar Panel Maintenance and Repair - CHQC located at Consolidated Headquarters Complex, 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. Work to include: The Contractor shall all labor materials and equipment necessary to perform maintenance and repair required for the optimal performance and longevity of solar panels and inverters. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-46 Solar Contractor license, or subcontract to one. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins, at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 11/6/2024. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 33172.
