Vendor shall be responsible for the on-going IT security patching, firmware updates, and general maintenance of any hardware or software connected to the State of New Hampshire network. The scope of work shall include Video (Internet Protocol "IP" Cameras) and Closed Circuit Television ("CCTV") Surveillance Systems Maintenance & Repair services, to all agencies/locations as needed for the entire State of New Hampshire for both hardware and software related to the State's current Video and CCTV systems.
