Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Helena, Montana. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 3,750-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The City of Helena Industrial Facilities Department is requesting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for professional architectural design of the new pipe storage that include a maintenance shop and offices that will be located at the City Utilities area. The project will include an opened front, 75 x 50 pipe storage section and a 75 x 50 enclosed heated steel shop that will be utilized for maintenance, storage, and office space along with restrooms/locker rooms and a breakroom. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and re-advertise, to waive any irregularities in the proposals, and to accept the proposal that best benefits the City. The City of Helena reserves the right to negotiate an agreement based on fair and reasonable compensation for the scope of work and services proposed as well as the right to reject any and all responses deemed unqualified, unsatisfactory or inappropriate. All proposals become the property of the City of Helena. The City is not responsible for costs associated with preparing qualifications statements and proposals in response to this RFP. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
