Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 62,333-square-foot, four-story above grade multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project contemplates construction of a 62,333 sf, 4-story mixed-use facility with surface parking. The constructed facility will incorporate low-barrier emergency shelter space accommodating up to 150 residents, a day center providing services and amenities to community members experiencing homelessness, a kitchen, cafeteria and food pantry, office and conference space for service providers and administrative offices for full-time facility staff. The Project property, located on the eastside of Downtown Indianapolis west of the intersection at Shelby St. & Georgia St., consists of multiple parcels totaling approximately 2 acres. The construction type is expected to be steel frame with a mix of metal stud and CMU walls, masonry exterior at ground level, and a combination of TPU and standing seam metal roof. Prospective Vendors will be given the opportunity to ask questions, receive clarification, or simply obtain a greater understanding of the services required prior to proposal submission. Vendors attending a Conference held in the City/County Building will be subject to building security search.
