As of December 3, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Project includes the following Work: Water supply improvements including a renovation of the water supply system and pump station that includes excavation and site improvements, pumping, piping, structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing improvements, renovation of existing residential water meter boxes and meters, and the addition of valves and hydrants to the distribution system, and renovation of an existing pole barn as a water management facility. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Docs notes : Prospective Bidders may obtain copies or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. by paying a non-refundable fee of $100 for each set. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Offices receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidders delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Butte City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City
