Annual Water Material Bid FY25 The Project includes the following Work: Furnish and deliver equipment for use by the City of Nampa Water Division as outlined in Documents 410: Bid Form of the bidding documents. Equipment includes but is not limited to valves, gaskets, couplers, curbstops, fittings, meter setters, clamps, valve cans, meter boxes, hydrants, saddles and related equipment. The Project has an expected duration of 183 days. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Nampa as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Nampa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Nampa.
