City of Nampa (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Crushed Aggregate for Chip Seal / PWST250024 The Project includes the following Work: The supply and delivery of 4,400 tons of class 2(1/2") and 3,100 tons of class 4(1/4") aggregates to stockpiles located at the City of Nampa Streets Department yard for the City's annual chip seal program. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Crushed Aggregate for Chip Seal / PWST250024 The work will be substantially completed no later than May 1st, 2025. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Nampa as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Nampa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Nampa.
