Annual Waterline Replacement Zone E The Project includes the following Work: This project consists of replacing approximately 6,100 ft of Domestic Water Line. The work is located in the City of Nampa in the area of the West Roosevelt Avenue and South Canyon Street intersection. A pre-bid conference for the Project will not be held. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Nampa as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Nampa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Nampa.
