GTAA is inviting proposals from industry leaders who can provide a full turn-key enterprise-class smart washroom solution that will address and comply fully with GTAA's functional and technical system requirements contained in this document. The Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA) is looking to engage a vendor to provide a Solution Delivery to design, build, implement, deploy a new Smart Washroom System and to provide Support to manage, operate, maintain, enhance the new Smart Washroom Systems system with warranty service for all Smart Washroom System IT, OT and/or IIoT Assets Software and Hardware. The scope of this RFP includes supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of an enterprise smart washroom system. The system shall be deployed to 5 locations within Terminal 1. Each location includes 1 men's washroom, 1 women's washroom, and 1 family washroom. The GTAA reserves the option to expand the deployment to additional locations at their discretion, contingent upon satisfaction with the performance and outcomes achieved at the initial five locations. Any such expansion shall be subject to the Proponent's breakout pricing provided under this RFP and comply with system requirements and terms of this RFP.
