Provide All Labor, Materials, Equipment, and Services for the Carter & Hefley Hall Reroofs Described in the Specifications, Per the General Conditions and Solicitation for Bids on the Campus of Oklahoma Panhandle State Uniwersity, Goodwell Ok.
