Electrical Switchgear Replacement (FTH). Description: The work of this project includes replacement of the existing electrical switchgear, electrical panelboards and transformers, re-routing Xcel Energy underground service conductors, and replacing existing emergency biodiesel generator with a new gas generator. In general, no answer will be given in reply to an oral question if the question involves an interpretation of the intent or meaning of the Bidding Documents, or the equality or use of products or methods other than those definitely designated or described on the Drawings or in the Specifications. B. Neither the COUNCIL nor the A/E will approve nor disapprove particular products prior to the opening of the Bids; such products will be considered when offered by the CONTRACTOR for incorporation into the Work.
