Sealed Bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary tocomplete a project known as Knollwood & Wintergreen Wastewater Treatment Plant Consolidation - Contract 1: Knollwood Wastewater Treatment Plant & Wintergreen Lift Station & Contract 2: Sanitary Force Main from Wintergreen to Knollwood. Question Deadline 11/08/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Each Bidder is required to furnish with its submission of the fully completed Bid Documents,a Bid Security in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid securityfurnished in Bond form (Bid Guarantee and Contract and Performance Bond as provided in Section 153.57.1 of the Ohio Revised Code), must be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Those Bidders that elect to submit bid guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter1305 of the Ohio Revised Code and in accordance with Section 153.54 (C) of the Ohio Revised Code. Any such letter of credit shall be revocable only at the option of the beneficiary OWNER.
