Renovation of a residential development in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
**As of March 18, 2025, the project was awarded to Meyer Construction Inc. but the awarded amount is not available.** The PMHA is soliciting bids for the replacement of bathtubs and surrounds at PMHA Development 003 (Kingston Court & Washington/Walnut/Logan). The PMHA will award a single contract to the lowest responsible and reasonable bidder. This will be based on the lowest total bid price for all work. The Project generally consists of removal and replacement of bathtubs, surrounds, bath faucets, shower head, spout, and associated work. The Architect and Owner have identified the work items, the location where the work is to be performed and the quantity of the work. Refer to the Project Manual and drawings for additional information. If additional information is required, all submitted questions must be sent to Mr. Yacucci no later than 12:00 pm on January 30, 2025.
