Project Name: PIC-CR_VAR_PM-FY2025 PID: 113551 Project Location: Various Pickaway County Roads Project Description: Installation of pavement markings on various County roads within Pickaway County, and other work all in accordance with the plans, specifications, and bid documents Q & A Deadline Same as solicitation deadline. Each proposal shall be submitted on the form provided and according to the instructions supplied. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty. The bidder may supply for the bid guaranty a bid bond, given in favor of the Pickaway County Commissioners for an amount equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the total amount of the bid; or the bidder may supply a certified check, a cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit for ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid, payable to the Pickaway County Commissioners. The bid bond shall be a bond issued by a surety company, authorized to do business in the State of Ohio. If the bidder fails to or refuses to enter into contract within ten (10) days after Notice of Award of his proposal, the bidder shall forfeit to the Pickaway County Commissioners his bid bond, check, or letter of credit. If the conditions are fulfilled the bid guaranty will be refunded at the time of the completion of the award.
