**As of June 20, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Exterior: High pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi) and spot power tool clean to a SSPC-SP11 standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system. Hydrant: Low pressure water clean (3,500 to 5,000 psi) and spot power tool clean to a SSPC-SP11 standard. Apply a two (2) coat epoxy fluoropolymer system. Chain Link Fence: Remove the chain link fence from around the tank (remove the fence only the posts are to remain in place). Hand Tool Clean the fence posts to a SSPC-SP2. Apply a two (2) coat aluminum alkyd system to the fence posts. Foundation: Water clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Repairs: 1) Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch. 2) Overflow discharge modification. 3) Install a vandal guard. 4) Install a roof platform. 5) Balcony access modification. Question deadline - 2 June 2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Engineering Estimate for this project is $129,000.
