Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a 800-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee meeting requirements ofsection 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code (ORC). Said Guarantee may be in the form ofa bond (ORC 153.571) for one hundred percent (100%) ofthe bid amount or a certified check, cashiers check, or a letter of credit of at least ten percent (10%) ofthe bid amount in accordance with ORC 153.54. The bid will be for all work as shown in Drawings and Specifications and related work required for project completion. The successful bidder should be prepared to enter immediately into a contract to perform the work required and be prepared to complete the work by October 31st, 2025. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a contract guarantee, in a form acceptable to the Pickaway County Commissioner's Office, for the required work. The successful bidder shall furnish the Owner with certificates ofinsurance in amounts as specified in the General Conditions of the Construction Agreement or other amounts as required by law, whichever is greater. All bidders must examine the Drawings, read the Specifications, and visit the site ofthis project to fully investigate the extent and quality ofthe work required. Bidders shall be familiar with the location and access to construction site, availability ofutilities, the condition ofthe site and any existing construction, and governing regulatory agencies and permit processes. Submit bids on the forms provided, signed, with all items complete. Address bids to the Owners and deliver to the address in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS on or before the day stated. Questions concerning this project should be directed to John R. Ankrom at 740-474-7816, Monday through Friday between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. No questions will be taken during any other time. WAGE RATES Each employee employed by the CONTRACTOR or any SUBCONTRACTOR and engaged in work on the project bunder this contract shall be paid the prevailing wage established by the Department of Industrial Relations ofthe State of Ohio, as provided by the appropriate sections of the Ohio Revised Code. This shall occur regardless of any contractual relationship which may be said to exist between the CONTRACTOR or any SUBCONTRACTOR and such employee. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which it deems most favorable.
