Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,280-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee meeting requirements of section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code (ORC). Said Guarantee may be in the form of a bond (ORC 153.571) for one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount or a certified check, cashiers check, or a letter of credit of at least ten percent (10%) of the bid amount in accordance with ORC 153.54. The bid will be for all work as shown in Drawings and Specifications and related work required for project completion. The successful bidder should be prepared to enter immediately into a contract to perform the work required and be prepared to complete the work by May 20th, 2026. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a contract guarantee, in a form accept-able to the City of Circleville, for the required work. The successful bidder shall furnish the Owner with certificates of insurance in amounts as specified in the General Conditions of the Construction Agreement or other amounts as required by law, whichever is greater. All bidders must examine the Drawings, read the Specifications, and visit the site of this project to fully investigate the extent and quality of the work required. Bidders shall be familiar with the location and access to construction site, availability of utilities, the condition of the site and any existing construction, and governing regulatory agencies and permit processes. No questions will be taken during any other time. Each employee employed by the CONTRACTOR or any SUBCONTRACTOR and engaged in work on the project under this contract shall be paid the prevailing wage established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio, as provided by the appropriate sections of the Ohio Revised Code. This shall occur regardless of any contractual relationship which may be said to exist between the CONTRACTOR or any SUBCONTRACTOR and such em-ployee. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which it deems most favorable.
