** As of January 17, 2025, project was awarded to Nevaeh Pipe Bursting LLC, awarded amount is & 135,292. ** Unless otherwise provided it is the intent of the Contract Documents to prescribe a complete project which the Bidder proposes to construct, by furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, necessary utilities and other facilities, and performing all work necessary or incidental to such construction, in full compliance with the Contract Documents. Both projects are located at the Centerville Borough Victory Park, 158 Ridge Road, Brownsville, PA 15417 Each proposal shall be accompanied by security in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to Centerville Borough in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid in accordance with provisions of the Contract Documents Questions can be directed to the Project Manager, Steven Eby, at Widmer Engineering, Inc., by phone at 724-626-1909, ext 12. Completion- May 1, 2025 site leveling, excavation of footers, pour footers with rebar , block walls with openings and lintels , backfilling and concrete slab , doors/windows according to schedule, trusses/sheathing/insulation/standing seam roof including facia, soffit, gutters, and downspouts as per drawing , plumbing and fixtures in bathroom/concession as per drawing to include all porcelain toilets, urinals, sinks, partitions, handrails, drains, hose bib, waste line, service line, venting, signage, etc. for complete plumbing system.
