Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brownsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The 2024 Seal Coat Project includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install 5,110 square yards of PennDOT approved Double Seal Coat to various streets of the Borough. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Borough Engineer. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to West Brownsville Borough. Awarded bidder shall provide a 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, and 10% Maintenance Bond for the project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $840.00 per calendar day. Bids may be held by West Brownsville Borough for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
