Furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and the complete performance of all work specified in the Contract for: CENTERVILLE BOROUGH POLICE GARAGE POLE BUILDING PROJECT The scope of the work involves construction of a new pole building located at 100 East End Road, Brownsville, Pa. in Centerville Borough, Washington County to be used for a police garage. The concrete slab and foundation work for the building was completed in a previous contract Bids must be made on standard proposal forms, in the manner designated therein, and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to Centerville Borough Council and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the base amount bid, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Centerville Borough reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Borough further reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder whom it finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to be non responsible.
