The Work Will Consist of Scratching or Milling, Then Paving, a 1.9 Mile Section of Fishpot Road. The Project Must Be Completed by October 1, 2023. Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by Security in the Form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Order of Centerville Borough in the Amount Net Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid in Accordance With Provisions of the Contract Documents. Centerville Borough Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, or to Waive Any Informalities in the Biddings Bids May Be Held by Centerville Borough, for a Period of Forty Five (45) Days From the Date of Opening, for the Purpose of Reviewing and Investigating the Qualifications of the Bidders, Prior to Awarding the Contract
