**As of May 28, 2021, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed and the construction start date and completion date has not yet been established.** For Demolition of 450-452 Second Street and 27-29 Sixth Street Both Properties are to be torn down Complete Structure Demolition with the block wall to be used to fill in the basement foundation including Asbestos Removal as Necessary, Utility Disconnection, Disposing of Existing OnLot Debris, Re-Grading Lot, E&S Controls, Capping the Sewer Line for each side of the Duplex, Backfilling the last 18" with dirt & Landscaping with seed and mulch.
