Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: improve capacity of intersection by: Median work to relocate all left turn lanes to create zero offset, construct NB right turn lane and channelized island, upgrade traffic signals, detection, and communications, upgrade pedestrian signals, upgrade pedestrian ramps for ADA compliance, signing, striping, and utility adjustments. Question Deadline 11/11/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Location : online portal. Intent to Bid Due Date: Nov 21st 2024, 2:00 PM CST Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in the Section 3 of 00 21 13 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered.
