Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the stripping and repainting of the door and window framing of the Tarrant County Lonnell E. Cooper Community Justice Center. The objective is to achieve a clean, even, and consistent paint job that effectively covers the underlying materials. Scope of Work 1. Surface Preparation a. Strip existing paint from all door and window frames using appropriate methods that do not damage the underlying material. b. Ensure that all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of debris before painting. 2. Painting Requirements a. Apply a minimum of three coats of high-quality exterior paint to ensure complete coverage and durability. b. The final finish must be smooth and consistent, with no visible signs of the underlying material showing through. c. Vendor must match the paint color to the original bronze color as accurately as possible. 3. Work Hours a. All work must be conducted weekend hours, specifically between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday. 4. Cleanup a. The vendor is responsible for cleaning up all work areas, removing any debris, and ensuring that the site is left in a clean condition.
