Description: Contractor shall provide service at The Veterans Home of California-Yountville, 100 California Drive, Yountville, CA 94599. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, staff, transportation, insurance, bonds, licenses, permits and any other item of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated, to provide Sanitary Sewer inspection, Cleaning and Maintenance services. A Five percent (5%) Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Participation Requirement applies to this IFB. The DVBE Incentive and Small Business Preferences also apply. See Section D, Special Programs, in this IFB for requirements. In submitting your bid, you must comply with all instructions and requirements contained herein.
