SFUSD intends to create a pool of CM consultants to provide project level design and construction management, and ensure best practices in project implementation. Submitters must demonstrate experience in construction management and design support, which includes, but may not be limited to the following tasks: Provide design management services including peer and constructability reviews, cost estimating, and coordination with owner furnished goods and services. Provide recommendations on Project Delivery methodology, bid timing, and project phasing structure. Report bi-monthly, or upon request, to the District on individual project overall status of all projects under contract. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, district representatives, and end-users. Develop and distribute project status updates, key milestone reports, and upcoming critical actions to ensure all stakeholders remain informed.
