The Decatur WWTP Expansion project will include construction and commissioning of a new 12MGD headworks facility and new influent pump station. Other work includes, but is not limited to, sitework, demolition, excavation, grading, structural concrete work, buried and exposed pipe work, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and assorted equipment installations. Investigation may continue after proposals have been submitted, and the Project Team reserves the right to reject the proposal that does not pass investigations to the Project Teams' satisfaction. The Owner and Project Team reserves the right to hold a private Proposal Review Committee Meeting to review all proposals, which may include requests by the Committee for additional information, reference calls, oral discussions, or inquiries into the experience and responsibility of the proposer. The Owner reserves the right to award a material contract to the proposer for each Trade Package that presents the Best Value to the Owner based on the Proposal Review Committee's Evaluation and de-scoping of each company. Anticipated Construction Notice to Proceed: January 2025. No bids may be submitted, changed, or withdrawn after the time of the opening of the bids. This RFP, the commercial terms and conditions, specifications and attachments included in this RFP are applicable to the work, and the bidder's proposal must be submitted in strict accordance with the requirements of these documents.
