Site work for a water / sewer project in Decatur, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of the installation of approximately 6,400 L.F. of 4-inch PVC water main, service line, meters, fittings, and all appurtenances for a complete installation as shown on the Plans and as specified. Each Bidder must comply with the requirements, terms, and conditions of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, the Disadvantaged, Minority and Women Business Enterprise (DBE/MBE/WBE) requirements, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014 (Public Law 113-76) including the "American Iron and Steel (AIS)" requirement, Build America Buy America Act requirements, Labor Standards, Equal Employment Opportunity, and the "Prohibition on certain telecommunication and video surveillance services or equipment provisions" during the performance of this contract. The Bidder commits itself to the requirements for the participation contained herein and all other requirements, terms, and conditions of these bid conditions by submitting a properly signed Bid. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
