Renovation of an educational facility in O Fallon, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work consists of replacing roof top units and associated work at the Smiley Campus of O'Fallon Township High School District 203. Bid Security is required in the amount of ten (10) percent of Proposal. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. Within ten (10) days after notification of award of contract, the successful Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner. The Performance Bond shall be in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid. The performance bond will become a part of the contract. All bids submitted shall be valid for a period of at least sixty days from bid opening; the only alterations which will be allowed will be those approved by the Owner. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding, and to award a Contract for any part of the Work or the Project as a whole.
