Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work to construct the Dunbar Township turning lane on SR119 will consist of demolition of the exiting asphalt pavement and subbase, asphalt shoulder on the northeast side of roadway, exiting guide rail, and exiting roadway signage. Once demolition is completed the new construction of the turning lane can take place. The new turning lane will consist of a wider roadway, new subbase and asphalt pavement, a new crosswalk with warning indicator domes connected to the concrete island and new guiderail with delineators. Various storm water components will be extended and reconstructed to accommodate the new turning lane. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or bank cashiers check payable to the Fay-Penn Economic Development Council in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Docs notes : Additional full sets may be purchased by a check in the same amount, or portions of sets may be purchased at a cost of $3.00 per drawing sheet and $0.25 per specification sheet. Price of these plans is non-refundable Fay-Penn Economic Development Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding.
