The consultant will produce capacity studies and a master development plan for the Stockbridge site. The process will provide a framework for a phased master plan and provide pre-development owner's representative services to orchestrate the post-acquisition work. This advisory role will be needed to manage consultants and facilitate conversations with city departments to understand the physical constraints and opportunities for the site. The contract shall be in effect upon Consultant’s receipt of Notice to Proceed from the City and shall be completed by September 30, 2025. The City may opt to extend the contract on a monthto month basis, for up to six months, upon mutual agreement of both parties made in writing.
