Renovation of a municipal facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Scope of work includes the supply of all materials and labor to overhaul the TCE fire alarm system, which will include replacement and installation of fire detection and related devices, the elimination of redundant devices, repairs, rewiring of device circuits onto a single, addressable control panel, conversion of central station monitoring from landline to cellular networks, and all inspection, testing, and recertification of the system upon the completion of work. Prevailing Wage Requirements: Please note that the prevailing wage schedule attached to the bid document indicates that prevailing labor hours are defined in accordance with MN Statute 177.42(4): eight hours per day or forty hours per week. Contractors with workers who work four (4) ten-hour days must pay overtime for any hours over 8 hours per day, regardless of how many hours they work in a week.
