The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Project startup including mobilization to the Site. 2. Development, implementation, and maintenance of a Site-Specific Health and Safety Plan. 3. Installation of up to 22 GAC treatment system units in residential properties. 4. GAC replacements, disposals, and system maintenance. 5. Demobilization and closeout. Est. Completion Date: June 30, 2025 This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project's specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the solicitation before submitting a response. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, or as a subcontractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since January 1, 2019, for construction of Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) unit installation and maintenance activities. In lieu of Responding companys projects, Responder may provide on the form up to 3 qualifying projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved Substantial Completion since January 2019 for Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) unit installation and maintenance activities. Project Manager and Job Superintendent responsible for this project EACH has had at least 5 years of experience with General Contracting construction project similar in scope and value to this project.
