OWNER AND WORK: Western Lake Superior Sanitary District hereby gives notice that sealed Bids will be received for the construction of various improvements at the WLSSD Wastewater Treatment Facility. The Work is generally described as follows: o Removal of existing pipe and mag meter o Fabrication and installation of new pipe o Installation of rebuilt valves o Installation of provided mag meter BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. CONTRACT SECURITY: The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount equal to the Contract Price. BID WITHDRAWAL: No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled opening of the bids without the consent of Owner.
