Construction of Sidewalks Along Bobby Street From Tiger Drive to Midland Drive Addressing Drainage as Needed, 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CBDG) Program (#2023-151) consisting of the following: Construction of a concrete sidewalk along the south side of Bobby Street from Tiger Drive to the intersection of Midland Drive addressing drainage as needed along with all other incidental work items as specified, all complete as indicated in the plans and specifications. The base bid of the project is to include work from Tiger Drive to Sugar Cane Way. Alternate #1 bid is to include work at the intersection of Plantation Road and Tiger Drive. Alternate #2 bid is to include work from Sugar Cane Way to South Barbier Avenue. Alternate #3 is to include work from South Barbier Avenue to Midland Drive. The Engineers estimates are as follows: Base Bid: $196,000.00 Alternate #1: $ 9,400.00 Alternate #2: $ 52,000.00 Alternate #3: $ 42,000.00 No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Bidder holds a Louisiana State Contractors License of proper classification and in full force and effect, in compliance with Act.
