The RFP invites submissions for the repair of Brocks Thermal Energy Storage (TES) Tank. The proposed work will consist of multiple sections encompassing various types of work, including, but not limited to, removal of the existing coating, structural inspection, replacement of a roof structure, installation of a roof, and application of an internal anti-corrosive coating. Commercial general liability insurance, in respect of the Supplier, and all obligations and operations of the Supplier as outlined in this agreement against claims for bodily injury and death, broad form property damage, indemnifying and protecting the Supplier, to a limit of not less than Two Million ($2,000,000.00) Dollars, per occurrence. Limited Pollution Coverage of not less than One Million ($1,000,000.00) Dollars shall be endorsed to be included under the CGL.
