The Consultant shall perform the necessary professional services required by the Town in a professional, competent and expeditious manner under the direction of the Selectboard. a) The Consultant's engineers shall meet with Town of Worthington Officials to review the Highway Garage Assessment's goals, objectives and methodologies. The present problems and concerns of the building will be discussed and documented for the assessment b) On-site assessment of the garage building and site to evaluate conditions and identify needed repairs, improvements and replacements in the following disciplines: Civil/Site Architectural Structural Fire Protection Plumbing (Septic) HVAC Electrical Anticipated Date of Award (estimated), by Select board: November 26, 2024. Requests for Information (RFI) shall be submitted no later than November 15, 2024. Answers to RFI shall be e-mailed to participants no later than November 19, 2024. Prospective applicants who have any questions regarding this Request for Proposals should contact: Margaret O'Neal Executive Assistant to the Selectboard 160 Huntington Road, Worthington, MA 01098 selectboard@worthington-ma.us. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities and to recommend the award of a contract as may be in the best interest of the Town. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
