Renovation of a municipal facility in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,884-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

This work shall consist of the assembling/disassembling and setting up/tearing down for the project, the Contractor's necessary general plant, shops, plants, storage areas, project sign, sanitary and any other facilities, as required by the specifications and special requirements of the contract, as well as by local or State law and regulation, as well as photo documentation, insurance and bonds and/or other initial expense required for the start of work. The determination of the adequacy of the Contractor's facilities, except as noted above, shall be made by the Contractor. The project involves the bathroom renovation and ADA improvements at multiple entrances at the Pine Grove Township Municipal building in Schuylkill County. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the County of Schuylkill or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder naming the County of Schuylkill as oblige and acceptable surety in the amount of 10 percent of the Total Bid shall be submitted with each bid. Estimated Contract Value: $75K to $80K THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by the required guaranty. Money orders and personal money orders are not acceptable form of bid security.
